Go to Click the "Register" section, fill in the requested information and then click the "Save" button.

After your membership is approved by the editor, click “Sign in” at You will be included in your own system within the journal by writing your e-mail and password.

After logging in to the system, click the "Go to Author Home Page" section from the menu on the left and click "Send New Article" and fill in the form that appears about the article, then click on "Click to browse" and attach the word document from your computer. At this stage, keep the name of the word document short and do not include any punctuation.

When the process of your article reaches the referee stage and a report is given from your referees, you will receive a notification mail/sms to the e-mail you use through the system and to your registered mobile phone. Re-enter the system and click on "Detail" to the right of your article in the "Articles in process" section and click on "Review the report", scroll down the page and review the report, click on the "Referee Uploaded File" text at the bottom, if any, and download it to your computer. After making the necessary corrections on the word document of your work, re-enter your own system and add the file you have corrected by clicking on the "Process" menu on the far right of your article title in the "Articles in process" section and then clicking on "Upload Edited Article".

Please make your corrections after all referee reports are received and add them to the system.
