Once an article has been published in The Fides Law Review, the editors and editorial board strongly encourage authors to archive the original article text in publicly available and permanent repositories whenever possible and appropriate. The Journal makes no recommendation or suggestion as to which repositories are most appropriate but encourages authors to identify those that best meet their needs as well as the needs of those who will be accessing the data. However, in case the journal ceases to be published, each issue is archived via the Archive (Internet Archive-Wayback Machine) and Clockss so that authors and readers can access the journal issues.
